What's bad? Nothing. Absolutely nothing. Order the most expensive option, and ask the waiter to bring out what he recommends. Incredible fish, steak, veggies everything. Amazing atmosphere. Was here for my mom Thanksgiving week--highly recommend to anyone going to Vegas. If you like Korean BBQ, this is a greatly priced and very tasty option.
I appreciate any business that offers waitlists because it makes planning dinner after a concert very easy! Opting for C. Wagyu, we were able to eat mouthwatering and high quality meat (appetizers were good too!). Our server recommended the Signature Rita: Matcha flavor and it's one of my top ten favorite drink of all time. Great service with kpop music playing throughout the restaurant, I'll be back!
Everything was fresh and delicious! Faith and Joshua were exceptional. Ribeye and garlic pork belly were the standouts.
The food and service was amazing! All the meat was so high quality and the staff assisted use kindly. I recommend this restaurant for people who are looking for delicious meals and an array of food. A must in Las Vegas!
Everything is so great. Especially our waiter Josh, he is the best server we have had. Absolutely perfect evening for us.
My goal was to try different AYCE BBQ in Vegas, and this place is not disappointed. I also like the fact that they has less wait time than 888 but equally in quality of meat. The ambiance of the place is smoky so we know people are grilling some good meat. Love how each table is big to accommodate space for eating. The service was fast and very friendly. They take your order the first round but then give us the tablet to order more and the food come out fast. We did the Wagyu tier. The meat was tender and lots of selection to choose from. Highly recommend the beef carpaccio. The salmon carpaccio was a little thin. I also love that in addition to grill, they also has a gas burner for something soupy. Definitely will come again.

We came during off time at 4pm so there was no wait. Restaurant is a bit small so I can see why they would have longer wait times during dinner. But their food, service, and speed of food delivery was excellent! Our server was Kaylee but the others were attentive to. The food delivery was so fast that we almost couldn't keep up and the food quality was superb. We ordered the highest priced Wagyu Ayce for $48 each. We ordered the items that are limited 1 per person first: A5 wagyu, lobster tail, wagyu brisket point, marinated prime kalbi, Kobe fatty rib. These were so very good! Especially the lobster--amazing Other limited 1 time items were the raw oysters, snow crab, wagyu sushi. I loved the sauce on the oysters. Other memorable items were the salmon poke, steamed egg, wagyu New York steak, pork toro, and all of the veggies! Only things not that good were the banchan and brisket. Everything else was amazing.
